Our story

Built in Rwanda,
designed for Africa.

Inzu Connect is a property management platform born from a real problem - and built from scratch by a founder who had to learn everything to solve it.

Our mission

Make property management accessible to every landlord in Africa.

Across Africa, landlords juggle spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and cash envelopes to manage their properties. Inzu Connect replaces all of that with one platform built for how African property markets actually work - mobile money, multiple languages, and flexible lease structures.

Every feature on Inzu Connect reflects something a real landlord or tenant in Rwanda, Kenya, or Uganda genuinely needed. No filler. No features copied from markets that don't apply here.

I built InzuConnect because I saw landlords in Kigali struggling with manual rent tracking, missed payments, and zero visibility into their own properties.

The platform

Everything a landlord needs. Nothing they don't.

Lease management

Create, send, and track lease agreements digitally. No printers, no WhatsApp back-and-forth.

Rent collection & invoicing

Automated invoices, partial payment support, online payments, and full transaction history.

Real-time notifications

Landlords and tenants get instant alerts for payments, maintenance requests, and lease events.

Financial reports

Export PDF, XLSX, or CSV reports for any property, unit, or time range in seconds.

Data protection compliant

Built to Rwanda NCSA standards with documented AML/KYC policies and cross-border data controls.

Mobile-first design

Designed for the African mobile market. Works on any smartphone, anywhere - even on a slow connection.

What we stand for

Principles that guide every decision.

Built for Africa, not adapted for it

We design every feature around how landlords and tenants in Rwanda, Kenya, and Uganda actually work - not how Western platforms assume they do.

Transparency with all parties

Every invoice, payment, and lease document is visible to both landlords and tenants. No surprises. No disputes over what was agreed.

Speed without shortcuts

Inzu Connect moves fast - but we don't ship broken features. Real-time notifications, instant receipts, and reliable uptime matter more than a packed changelog.

Local roots, continental ambition

Registered in Kigali, compliant with Rwanda's data protection laws, and actively expanding across East Africa.

How we got here

From an idea with no code to a live platform.

1

2020

The problem

In 2020, I - Aimable - saw how disorganised property management was across Kigali. Rent tracked on paper or spreadsheets, payments collected in cash, landlords coordinating tenants through scattered WhatsApp groups. There was no visibility, no accountability, and no simple way to manage a property portfolio. That gap became my mission.

2

2020 – 2024

The commitment

I had no technical background, but I made a decision: rather than wait for someone else to build the solution, I would learn to build it myself. What followed were years of self-driven learning, shaped entirely by that mission. This is also when I founded Malos Tech Ltd - the company that would house InzuConnect and every product I built after it.

2025

InzuConnect takes shape

In January 2026, the vision became a working platform. Landlords could finally see everything in one place - online rent payments, automated invoicing, partial payment tracking, role-based access for owners and managers, and real-time notifications the moment something needed attention.

2025

Opening to the public

I launched InzuConnect to the public, built to work for everyone - landlords, property managers, and tenants - in English, French, Swahili, and Kinyarwanda. A public listings marketplace let renters discover and apply for properties directly, while integrated scheduling made viewings and follow-ups effortless.

2026

Real companies, real growth

Today, real property companies and landlords are running their businesses on InzuConnect end-to-end. I'm now expanding into Kenya and Uganda, alongside building a mobile app and a WhatsApp bot - bringing property management to wherever landlords and tenants already are.

Who it's for

Built for everyone in the rental relationship.

Inzu Connect serves landlords, property agencies, and tenants - giving each party the tools and visibility they actually need.

Individual landlords

Manage one property or fifty. Collect rent, track payments, generate reports, and communicate with tenants from a single dashboard.

Property agencies

Multi-property management with team roles, owner reporting, and a public listings marketplace to fill vacancies faster.

Tenants

Pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, access your lease documents, and stay informed with real-time notifications.
